Hi, I’m Lauren, the face behind teapot, located in Tauranga, New Zealand. I’m your behind-the-scenes creative. I spent over 12 years in hairdressing, ran my own business and e-commerce store, and juggled everything from bookings, Meta ads, and social media to customer care and late-night invoicing. So yeah, I get what it’s like to wear all the hats.
Since then, I’ve worked across administration, event management, digital marketing, and creative support, and now I’ve blended it all into one neat little brew - teapot is where I help small businesses get their behind-the-scenes sorted and their online presence looking like it actually has its life together.
I’m big on the details, fast on the tools, and happiest when I’m making things smoother for someone else.
