I’m Lauren, the face behind teapot and your behind the scenes creative. I spent over 12 years in hairdressing, ran my own business and eComm store, and juggled everything from bookings, Meta and Google ads, and socials to customer care and late-night invoicing. So yeah, I get what it’s like to wear all the hats.
Since then, I’ve worked across admin, events, digital marketing, and creative support, and now I’ve blended it all into one neat little brew - teapot is where I help small businesses get their backend sorted and their online presence looking like it actually has its life together.
I’m big on the details, fast on the tools, and happiest when I’m making things smoother for someone else. You focus on the big stuff, I’ll handle the rest.
